She specializes in real estate law, where, in addition to real estate transactions in the private sector, she has extensive expertise in property management tasks of budgetary bodies and public companies falling under the public finances, in particular in the usage, utilization and sale of national assets.
Her services cover legal advisory and drafting tasks related to drafting of complex real estate transfer and lease agreements. She also has practical expertise in the full legal management of land development procedures and adjustment procedures related to the building regulations of municipalities, the interpretation of the provisions of relevant building codes and other urban planning instruments, the drafting of land development agreements and the related official procedures. Her expertise includes the drafting of design, construction and other relevant contracts used in construction projects.
She graduated in law from the University of Szeged in 2011, she has been with the office since then.
