She specializes in business and company law. She has extensive expertise in conducting pre-acquisition and pre-investment due diligence, equity investments, drafting syndicated agreements and legal tasks related to the subsequent portfolio management. She also has broad experience in the restructuring of both single companies and group-corporation as well, and in the implementation of transformations, mergers and de-mergers. Her services cover drafting typical and atypical contracts in commercial law and advising on the applicable investor protection instruments.
Concerning data protection and information security, she has gained practical expertise mainly in the area of data protection consultancy, in particular in issues related to the lawful processing of personal data.
She graduated in law from Eötvös Loránd University in 2014, she has been with the office since then.
