Gergely’s area of expertise includes AI and the legal aspects of AI regulation, as well as the handling of legal matters related to information technology contracts. He regularly publishes and gives presentations on these topics in both business and educational settings, contributing to a broader understanding of the legal implications of artificial intelligence.
He also specializes in claims management, including legal representation in both civil litigation and enforcement proceedings, in which he provides effective legal assistance to clients in pursuing their claims.
He graduated in law from the Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2010. After graduation, he worked in a court enforcer’s office, in December 2012 he obtained a court enforcer qualification. He has been with the office since 2013.
